Based in Erie, PA, ErieEntertainment.Com (EEC) exists as an entity to disseminate entertainment, cultural, and travel information throughout the tri-state area and Canada.

EEC will focus on cultural and leisure activities, including, but not limited to: music, film, arts (theatre, literature, performance), food + drink (restaurants and nightclubs), pop culture (television, technology, celebrity), and other recreational activities. Content will be provided in the forms of features and lifestyles articles, interviews with regional and visiting artists and performers, advance promotions, reviews, press releases, and calendars of events.

EEC will initially concentrate on the following cities and their suburbs: Erie, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Buffalo, NY; and Cleveland, OH.

The proposed repertoire of highlighted cities includes: Erie, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Akron, OH; Canton, OH; Buffalo, NY; Niagara Falls, NY; Niagara Falls, ON; and Toronto, ON.

In addition, EEC proposes to highlight events in nearby towns, such as Jamestown, NY; Chautauqua, NY; Ashtabula, OH; Niles, OH; Stratford, ON; Grove City, PA; Sharon, PA; etc.

EEC debuted on Saturday, April 15, 2000.
