The whole Bond franchise should feel quite refreshed. Bond is back! GoldenEye was pretty good and Tomorrow Never Dies was enjoyable at times, but The World is Not Enough had me losing faith in any future adventuring for Mr. Bond. Here you have Agent 007 with a little darker edge tossed into the usual mix of humor and innuendos. James Bond is pretty pissed off, and that leads into some nice action sequences, but instead of the film being based around them, you get an actual storyline in this one, and the action falls neatly into place.

Halle Berry was also a nice addition. Her character fit in as a much better counterpart than Michelle Yoeh's. Yune played a great badguy too, something also missed in the last few films. The only gripe I had was with a couple effects scenes, one was horrendous. You will know it when you see it. Overall though, I give this one a big recommendation.
